How do you pick tenants?
Apartments are rented to qualifying tenants on a first-come first-serve basis.
How do you deal with multiple interested parties?
If there are multiple parties attempting to rent the same unit, preference will be given to the party who submitted their application first.
I'm interested! How do I get started?
All tenants desiring to live in a unit must submit applications to be considered.
What does the typical leasing season look like?
Our leasing season for the upcoming school year runs from September to October of the preceding year. For example: A lease with an August 2023 start date would have been signed in October 2022.
